Things to keep in mind 

  • If a client is 15 minutes or more late, stylist has the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the service(s)

  • ​After 3 no call, no shows, client is charged $45 for every no call no show with the card we have of file

  • If client is unhappy with any part of the service, client must say something before leaving so we have a chance to fix the issue. No discounts or refunds will be issued after leaving the salon.

  • Individuals who are being rude, disrespectful, or disruptive may be asked to leave.

  • Stylists have the right to refuse a service.

  • No masks are required to be in the salon

  • It is recommended that clients cancel 24hrs before the appointment, however it isn't required.

  • Walk-ins are welcome as long as there is a stylist available.

  • Even though we love all animals here at Betty's, only small, well-behaved dogs that can sit in your lap or lay down out of the way are allowed.
