Things to keep in mind

If a client is 15 minutes or more late, stylist has the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the service(s)

​After 3 no call, no shows, clients are charged a fee

If client is unhappy with any part of the service, client must say something before leaving so we have a chance to fix the issue. No discounts or refunds will be issued after leaving the salon without saying anything.

Individuals who are being rude, disrespectful, or disruptive may be asked to leave.

Stylists have the right to refuse a service.

No masks are required to be in the salon

It is recommended that clients cancel 24hrs before the appointment, however it isn't required.

Holiday rates may apply, even if you are a member

Walk-ins are welcome as long as there is a stylist available.

Even though we love all animals here at Betty's, well-behaved dogs that can sit in your lap or lay down out of the way are allowed.
